Montale store in Paris closed

Montale flagship' store in Paris is out of business. The perfume boutique at Place Vendome 26 recently closed und will reopen soon at the new address (which is still kept secret)

Ingredients in Prague

Updating the Prague' section, I've stumbled upon the stunning store, which is - as far as I've understood - is about to open in may 2012.

Ingredients will present some niche perfume brands, which were never stocked in Prague to date, such as Byredo, Boadicea the Victorious, Cire Trudon, Escentric Molecules and Histoires de Parfums.

The store is located at Jachymova 2, very close to Old Town Square and Parizska Street, thus near at hand to some other great stores, as Simple Concept Store, Madeleine or Obsession.

Additionally I've found another new store, Paeonia (Siroka 15), which stocks Lorenzo Villoresi. Unfortunately there're no further informations on the web concerning this shop (except the Villoresi' homepage), so I would be thankful for any informations about it.

In case, you didn't read it yet - some news about recently opened stores ;)

Two new brand stores in London:

Cire Trudon opened its second store in Europe. It is located at 36 Chiltern Street. Please read more at Telegraph.

There's also another Czech&Speak store, which was recently opened in Chelsea. The shop is located at 54 Pimlico Rd.

Le Labo is a hard worker on the US' market - after recent opening of the store in San Francisco there's another new boutique, which was opened in Los Angeles (the second one in the city). The store is located in Venice, at 1138 Abbot Kinney Blvd.

Singapore has its first Penhaligon's boutique, which was opened at the mall ION Orchard. The address: 2 Orchard Turn. Read more HERE.

Comme des Garcons opened Black Shop and Pocket Shop in Berlin. The store is located at Linienstrasse 115, which is - to my mind ;) - one of the most interesting areas in Berlin Mitte, with lots of cool stores and galleries. Hackersche Courts are near at hand; as well as two of the best perfume stores The Different Scent and Breathe.
The Pocket store is an intimate space that is dedicated to Comme des Garçons’ expanding range of wallets, perfumes and PLAY. The concept shop operates like a convenience store, integrating into its habitat as authentically as a local supermarket. Please read more at Blog | Stylesight.

Last but not least the news from Basenotes and Butterboom about HongKong' shopping; as these sites state, the Lane Crawford' branch at Pacific Place will shortly be closed. The new Burberry' store will take its place in the mall.

There're still three more LC' branches at IFC Mall, Times Square and Canton Road.

Third Caron' boutique in Paris

Updating the Paris' section, I came across the news that the french perfume house Caron has opened its 3rd boutique in Paris by the end of 2011. The new store is located at 153 Bld St Germain, just next to the famous Brasserie Lipp and close to wonderful Eglise Saint Germain-des-Pres.

Le Labo in San Francisco

Le Labo, which already have 4 stand-alone stores in London, New York, Tokyo and LA, has recently opened its 5th store in San Francisco. It is located at 2238 Fillmore Street.

However the store does not sell ready-to-wear perfumes, as The New Fillmore states. The spare shop has no perfume in stock, but will mix one of its 12 fragrances on the spot while the customer waits.
Costs range from $58 for a 15-ml. portion — best for newcomers who want to try a scent on for size — to $700 for a 500-ml. grand size.
The shop also carries a limited home collection of room sprays and candles. And a couple of scents of eco-friendly detergents are also offered, mostly for use on delicate handwashables. All products are vegan and, while synthetics are sometimes used, they are also derived from nature.

Le Labo is also sold at Barney's San Francisco.
